Delivery costs

Most of our items include free economy shipping in the UK. Faster methods are available at an extra cost which is listed on the product pages.

Delivery times

While we do keep a small stock of our standard non-personalised items, most items are made to order. Finishing techniques mean that any items made to order, especially for our wooden products where the protective oil finish needs multiple coats and with associated minimum drying times.

As such we aim to produce and dispatch all orders within two working days. All products purchased from Heso Design are delivery by one of the Royal Mail delivery services:Economy - included with most items is free economy shipping via second class postage. This is typically 2-3 days however Royal Mail do not guarantee this. First Class - is typically 1-2 days from despatch, but again is not guaranteed.Express Deliver (Guaranteed Next Day Service) - is available when time is critical, although please be aware that this is from despatch and not from placing the order.

Items are despatched to the address provided when you placed the order or your eBay default address, we cannot be held liable for items not received when an incorrect delivery details are provided.

The delivery time listed on the product pages are for guidance only. We make every effort to deliver goods within the specified timescale, but we cannot accept liability for failed or delayed deliveries.

Late/Missing orders?

In the event of any orders being delayed or lost in the post we will endeavour to provide a suitable resolution. We would ask you to allow 10 days for UK orders before contacting us, however if it hasn’t been received after this time then please contact us by sending an email to orders@heso.co.uk. Please be advised that claims for non-receipt of goods must be reported within 30 days of placing the order.
